Clare is a lecturer at Oak Hill college and is on the staff of a local church. Her MA was in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is involved in teaching counselling and is a trained counsellor.

Clare is interested in using MBTI both with individuals and teams as a way of helping them better to understand themselves and others. An increased understanding can help the way we work and relate with each other. It helps improve both work and personal relationships.

She is also interested in exploring the implications of MBTI for the way we learn and teach in a variety of settings.
